| Henry (Randy) and Betty Koehler have been
residents of The Villages Since 2007 and started in the Village of
Caroline, and now reside in Hemingway. Randy is originally from the Albany
NY area and Betty from Schenectady NY.
Betty’s career in hotel management has taken her around
the world. While living in Germany for 6 years she
managed Auto Sales offices, selling mostly to military personnel. She then
spent 20 years with the US Postal Service, in customer service and worked
closely with authorities against identity theft.
Randy spent 32 years as a letter carrier in Albany NY and
received the highest honors for customer service.
He also ran a car storage business in his 16,000 Sq. feet barn on his
property.
Four years ago they began a complete lawn care and home
watch business.
They are very familiar with The Villages from the North end down to
Sanibel.
They are devoted to detail and customer service. Excellent references
